So, my Friday night was kind of sad from the normal standpoint of dating and all that. Instead of going along with the norm, I decided that I would do something productive. So, I headed to Radio Shack and bought all of the parts I needed, and then got to work. After a few hours of wiring, checking and rechecking connections, soldering, and a bit of melted carpet, I had made my own remote shutter release for my camera! It took me about $10 to make it, which is much better than the price for buying one. Now I just need to get out and use it...
And don't worry, today I did actually get out and socialize...
